These sandwiches come together so easily, making them a perfect easy dinner recipe

This recipe makes as many as you want it to! Use one chicken thigh per sandwich and adjust your toppings and hot honey mixture depending on how many you want to make

First whisk up your egg, then add your chicken to the whisked egg and give it a stir

Add a generous amount of oil to your cast iron pan. It doesn’t need to be deep but it needs to cover the bottom of the pan, then turn the heat to medium high.

Once the pan is hot take your chicken and cover it in the flour mixture. Press down on the chicken to really make sure it’s covered well in flour, flip it over and repeat. Then add them to the cast iron. Once crispy on the bottom flip them and cook them until they are cooked through, at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

While the chicken is cooking you are going to want to make the hot honey mixture. This sauce is super easy, Add equal parts honey and siracha to a sauce pan and warm it up to melt the honey. I do 1/4 cup of each and this is good for 4 sandwiches.

Then butter your buns, add chedder cheese to one side and throw them in the oven on broil for a couple minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are warm and crispy to your liking.

Now all that is left is to assemble. Add mayonnaise to the side of your bread that isn’t covered in cheese. I added a little hot honey to the mayo, so good! Then take a chicken thigh and dip both sides into the hot honey sauce add that to your bun then top it with the rest of the toppings.

Then all that is left is to enjoy
