Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

These healthy chicken bacon ranch wraps are the perfect healthy high protein lunch!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 4 slices Bacon I used thick cut bacon in these
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 sprig Fresh thyme and oregano or 1/2 tsp each of dried
  • Chedder cheese
  • Red onion
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions
 

  • If you're making your own home made tortillas then check out my easy 5 ingredient sourdough discard tortillas and start by frying up 4 of those
  • Place your bacon on a sheet pan and bake in the oven at 400 until cooked to your liking
  • Next whisk an egg in a medium sized bowl, slice the chicken into thin strips and stir them into the egg mixture
  • Whisk together the flour and salt
  • Heat a cast iron with avocado oil over medium high heat. Take the egg covered chicken strips and dredge them through the flour and put them into the hot cast iron to cook
  • Once the chicken is crispy on the bottom side, flip and finish off until cooked through. This should only take a couple minutes per side.
  • Next whisk up all on the ingredients for the home made ranch ( Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder and herbs).
  • Assemble the wraps with all of the ingredients and enjoy!
