No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bars
If you're looking for healthy snacks, these no bake peanut butter protein bars are the perfect sweet treat!
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 1 cup or 250 g peanut butter
- 1/3 cup or 100 g maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup or 120 g oats
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp or 30 g coconut oil
Whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder
Add in oats and stir together to form a thick batter
Using plastic wrap and your hands press the batter into the pan
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a pan and pour it over top of the peanut butter base
Sprinkle with sea salt and transfer to the freezer to harden
Once frozen cut into 12 bars
